What we cannot accept by email
Please do not send us full payment-card details, sensitive personal data we have not asked for, or content that contains other people’s personal data unless you have authority to share it. If you need to share screenshots that include third-party data, redact them first.
In-product surfaces
Many tasks (data export, account deletion, billing changes, workspace management) can be done directly inside BrainLoot. See the relevant section of the Support page or the Data Export and Account Deletion guide before emailing us — it’s usually faster.
